Four new names are being admitted to the North Bay Walk of Fame. Former Premier Mike Harris, actor and comedian Scott Thompson, former Mayor Jack Burrows and Toronto Star journalist Jim Rankin will now have stars at the corners of Main and Ferguson streets. There will be a dinner and ceremony at the Clarion this Saturday for the new inductees. The four were chosen from fourteen nominations, during a round table discussion involving six community members. The walk of fame both recognizes accomplished people from North Bay, and acts as a tourist attraction for the city.
