Special Olympics Ontario has launched the “Change of Champions” campaign in our community. The aim is to create awareness and raise money for the Winter Games, which take place in North Bay at the end of January. Red shoe laces with the words “Special Olympics” written across them are being sold online, and organizers are hoping to paint the city of North Bay red.
