An 18-year-old man, and a 22-year-old man from North Bay have been arrested by police after officers watched a drug deal go down on Third Avenue West on Friday afternoon. According to police, the men were sitting in a parked vehicle when another man approached them and exchanged money for drugs before trying to leave. Police also arrested the 59-year-old who bought the drugs.
After their arrest, police searched all three men and the vehicle involved. They seized 110 methamphetamine pills, 55 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and $170 in cash as evidence. The total estimated street value of the drugs is over $1,300. All three were later released from custody, and have court appearances scheduled for June 27th.
