A North Bay woman who struck a pedestrian earlier this week has been charged with turn – not in safety by police.
On Tuesday around 3:00pm, police say the woman was driving her pickup truck from McIntyre Street West and making a left-hand turn onto Plouffe Street when she struck a man who was crossing the road. He sustained minor injuries and had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance.
