Barrie MP Patrick Brown has joined the race bringing the number of declared candidates to four. The federal Conservative MP says he’s tired of seeing his party lose provincially and adds it’s time to break away from the status quo. Brown is up against MPPs Christine Elliot, Vic Fedeli and Monte McNaughton. A new party leader will be chosen in early May.
