Films being shot in Northern Ontario could benefit from a post-production facility now being built at Canada College. The 2,500 foot facility will have many features including award-winning audio technology called Dolby Atmos. The technology lets people watching a movie feel like they’re right in the film because the sound can be moved award. The new facility is intended for students but the Dolby Atmos is also accessible to filmmakers. Hollywood studios already use Dolby Atmos and Canadore becomes the first college across Canada to introduce it as a teaching tool.
