A 36-year-old from East Ferris Township has been arrested for impairing driving after a traffic stop by the OPP. Police say on July 19th, they were doing Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere check stops on Highway 11/17 at Frost Street in North Bay when a pickup truck approached.
The OPP spoke to the man driving, and as a result charged him with driving a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in his blood. He is scheduled to appear in court in North Bay on August 8th.
