It’s less than three weeks until municipal elections and four candidates are seeking the position of mayor in North Bay. This is candidate Harvey Villneff’s second time running for the top spot against incumbent Al McDonald. Villneff says he’s the right man for the job because of his educational background in political science and his experience in investigating. You can cast your vote on October 27th.
