Local police looking for driver who hit pedestrian and fled the scene

North Bay Police are looking for the public’s help in solving an investigation into a fail to remain collision. According to police, on July 20th just after 5:00pm a pedestrian was walking across the intersection of Murray Street and Copeland Street when they were hit by a driver. The driver had entered the intersection westbound on Copeland Street, and after the collision quickly fled the scene.

The vehicle is described as a brown Chevrolet Impala sedan, mid 2000s with a possible partial plate “BM” while the driver is described as a man in his late 20s to early 30s.
