The OPP in Callander has arrested a 35-year-old local man for driving while under suspension. Police say they were patrolling Highway 94 in Callander when they saw a lawn tractor pulling a wagon down the road. After stopping the tractor, officers found the driver was suspended and further investigation showed he was also wanted by the Greater Sudbury Regional Police Service.
The man was issued a Part III Summons and is scheduled to appear before the Provincial Offences Court in North Bay on August 25th. He was then taken to the GSRPS as a result of the warrants.
