It’s World Mental Health Day, and all across the globe buildings are being lit up in purple to raise awareness. Tonight, North Bay will follow suit. City Hall is being lit up in purple and a ceremony will take place with messages of hope and recovery from community members. The event is being hosted by our own Mike Monaghan, and begins at 7:30.
