North Bay Police have laid an additional 40 charges against a 20-year-old related to sexual violence and drugs. The man was originally arrested back on June 30th, and the list of charges against him now includes offenses from 14 different victims.
Among the charges are 16 counts of sexual assault, 11 counts of sexual interference, three counts of choking, and 4 counts of luring a child under 18, eight counts of trafficking a controlled substance and one count each of assault, assault with a weapon and forcible confinement.
The man is currently in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
