UPDATE: *THIS HAS NOW BEEN UPDATED TO A FLOOD OUTLOOK FOR THE NORTH BAY AREA*
There’s a Flood Watch in effect for people in areas within the North Bay Mattawa-Conservation Authority watershed. Water has reached the top of the bank in Chippewa Creek. As of  this morning the North Bay area got over 40 millimeters since Tuesday. Another 10 to 15 millimeters forecasted for today which could create flooding. All residents should monitor conditions to make sure they’re not at risk.
