Coalition says labour reforms bad news for the economy

An economic report, which has the support of the North Bay chamber of commerce, paints a dark future if the Ontario Liberals go ahead with their labour reforms.  A coalition of groups, which includes the North Bay chamber, commissioned an independent analysis on the effects of Bill 148 which includes a huge jump in the minimum wage.  The report finds consumer goods and services will increase by $1,300 a household.   On top of that, 185,000 jobs will be at risk with the majority of people affected being women and young people.  The Keep Ontario Working Coalition says the government is trying to implement its reforms to fast and too quickly.
