Parolee wanted in Toronto to Kapuskasking corridor

A 26-year-old man known to visit Northern Ontario is wanted. The public’s assistance is needed to locate a federal offender by the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad. Sebastian Therrien is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of parole.

ROPE advises that Therrien is described as an Indigenous male, 26 years of age, 6’3″ (191cm), 170 lbs (77kg) with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his neck and on his right forearm he has tattooed the name “Urijah”. On his left hand between his thumb and index finger, he has the letters “NWA” tattooed.

Therrien is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area and the town of Kapuskasing.

He is serving a three year and one month sentence for Aggravated Assault, Break and Enter, and Wear A Disguise With Intent.
