There are currently no companies authorized to represent or act on the behalf of the City of North Bay or the City’s Water Department, advises municipal officials.
City Hall is also advising that if members of the public are approached by any individual claiming to represent the City of North Bay that they ask to view their City-issued identification. The Public Works dispatch can be contacted at 705-474-4340 to verify whether a person is an employee of the City or not.
If a resident feels that someone is falsely representing themselves and attempting to gain personal or banking information, the North Bay Police Service should be contacted.
