Northeastern Ontario is still under a flood outlook, even though the forecast is pretty dry over the next week. The North Bay Mattawa Conservation Authority says the good weather should help slow down the flow of water in local rivers and lakes. However, stream flows have still been quicker than normal because of the amount of rain we’ve had over the last couple weeks. People in low lying areas should keep an eye on conditions.
