Work is underway to make improvements to the curbs at the Lookout parking lot on Memorial Drive. The parking lot is located across from the pedestrian underpass. No date of completion was released.
In another release from the City, the Parks Recreation and Leisure Services department is advising the public that the playground structure in Portage Park on Peninsula Road (near Trout Lake), will be removed Aug. 29. In spring 2018, a new structure will be built and installed to take its place.
