On Tuesday at approximately 2:30 a.m., members of the North Bay Police Service (NBPS) located and arrested a 38-year-old North Bay man wanted for a break and enter at a Main Street East restaurant.
Police issued a warrant for the man’s arrest in connection with the July 26 break and enter that they say was committed at Auntie Jane’s restaurant.
The man faces charges of break and enter, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, and drive while under suspension under the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
The man has been held for a bail hearing on Wednesday.
