Foul play is not suspected in a deadly house fire in Mattawa that killed two people. Several investigating bodies, including the Fire Marshall’s Office, have wrapped up their investigations and say foul play was not behind Saturday’s fire. The victims are identified as 74-year-old Billy King and 47-year-old Roxanne Ladouceur both of Mattawa. Officials have not said what was behind the fire.
