The public’s assistance is sought by the Near North Crime Stoppers and the Mattawa OPP in solving the theft and arson of a motor vehicle in Mattawan Township/
On August 9, a 2016 black GMC Sierra pickup truck, reported stolen May 30 from the York region, was found abandoned and burned in a remote area, off of Highway 533, approximately 30 kilometres north of Mattawa.
