People in North Bay are invited to City Hall to sign a condolence book for Corporal Nathan Cirillo of Hamilton. Cirillo was the reservist who was recently killed in Ottawa. The book is available in the main lobby until the end of the day on Thursday, October 30. It will be mailed to Hamilton following that date.
