North Bay Police Service is reporting that a 39-year-old woman has been charged with trafficking a schedule II substance (marijuana).
District Jail employees say they found two grams of marijuana sewn into the inside of a pair of jeans. Police say the woman was visiting an inmate at the jail on September 24 and brought some clothing for the prisoner which she turned over to jail employees.
The woman was released on a promise to appear and undertaking with a court date of October 31.
