Twenty-three year old Sheldon Forgette has taken the job as Budget Chief for North Bay. He says that he has tentatively accepted the position but still needs a day to think about it. Forgette got the most votes for council in the municipal election despite being a newcomer. Forgette says his 10-month campaign helped him win the top spot on council.
