Students from École publique l’Odyssée will hit the streets on Thursday from 6:00 pm until 8:30 pm to collect non-perishable food items for the North Bay Food Bank.
The canvassers will cover the area from Ski Club Road and Rancier Street to Trout Lake Road and Connaught Avenue to Wallace Street and the Seymour Street area.
November’s Food of the Month is canned meat however, the food bank welcomes all non-perishable donations.
The North Bay Food Bank is available to accept food and monetary donations year round. The food bank is located at 1016 Fisher Street in North Bay and is open to serve clients Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:00 am until noon, and Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm.
