A 30-year-old North Bay man has been arrested and charged with one count of breach of recognizance for being out past his court-imposed curfew.
At 2:48 am, on November 3, officers from the North Bay Detachment of the OPP were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) Program on the Highway 11/17 Bypass.
A vehicle approached the officers and the driver was asked to pull the vehicle over for further investigation. A Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) check was conducted on the driver who was found to be bound by recognizance with a 10:00 pm curfew.
The accused is being held in custody while awaiting a bail hearing today.
