Highway 400 victim formally identified as North Bay man

The OPP have formally identified one of the three people who died in last Tuesday’s 14-vehicle crash on Highway 400 as Benjamin Dunn of North Bay.  The Associated Press says the 37-year-old was driving one of the two fuel tankers involved in the deadly crash.  Meanwhile the OPP are having a hard time identifying the other two victims because of the fire’s intensity.  They believe they could confirm the name of the second victim sometime this week but add determining the death of the third person will take more time.  OPP are still looking into what caused the 14-vehicle collision.
