The winter overnight parking ban has technically been in effect since November 1, but the City of North Bay is giving notice that enforcement of the by-law will begin with winter weather in the forecast.
Parking is prohibited from November 1 to April 15, 2018:
- in the Downtown Improvement Area (DIA) from 3:00 am to 6:30 am
- in blocks containing cul-de-sacs and dead-end roads from 3:00 am to 8:30 am
- all other streets between 3:00 am and 7:30 am
- when snow removal signs are posted
- during a snowfall or for 24 hours following a snowfall
