North Bay Police is requesting assistance from the general public in locating Gilbert Rioux, age 77, last seen this morning on Norman Avenue. Rioux is described as approximately 5’9” and 140 pounds, wearing jeans, greyish coat with white sleeves and a bright orange hat.
