Discovery North Bay Museum and the Military Family Resource Centre are excited to announce that a photo art fundraiser, “North Bay Celebrates Canada” will be held at the museum on Thursday, November 23 from 6:00-9:00 pm.
The fundraiser will focus on the work of 20 prominent local photographers who will each submit photos that relate to the theme, “North Bay Celebrates Canada.”
All sales will support Discovery North Bay Museum and the Military Family Resource Centre.
Tickets are $50 and include wine, appetizers, a charitable tax receipt, live entertainment, and the chance to purchase works featured in the show.
Discovery North Bay Museum aspires to: “Inspire the discovery of the people and places of North Bay’s past and present,” by providing quality exhibits, educational programs, and historic events. The museum is not funded by the City of North Bay and relies on community donations and sponsorships for support of annual operations. The North Bay Military Family Resource Centre is a not-for-profit organization that provides crucial services to local military families including a medical clinic, child care and much more
