A woman who made the news for her axe attack on a vehicle her boyfriend was sitting in is in the news again.
On Monday, members of the OPP Mattawa Detachment began an investigation into a person breaching conditions of an undertaking.
Police attended a residence in Mattawa and observed a female who had been placed on conditions not to be in contact with her boyfriend and not to be at the residence after striking a truck with an axe last week.
The 19-year-old woman had been released on a promise to appear and an officer in charge undertaking after the previous incidents which included police having to block a bridge to apprehend her.
The woman is charged with two counts of failing to comply with conditions of an undertaking given by officer in charge. She has been held in custody for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice North Bay today.
