A Sturgeon Falls man faces two counts of possession of unmarked cigarettes after crashing his vehicle in the Kapuskasing area. OPP in Kapuskasing say a pick-up truck hauling a trailer hit a tractor trailer spilling a load of unmarked cigarettes from the pick-up’s trailer. Investigators say they collected about $104,000 in illegal smokes. The 60-year-old West Nipissing man is also charged with trying to pass while the road was not clear.
