Fame! A stage and television hit in the 1980s is proving that it could live forever with inspired revival performances.
Students and staff at St. Joseph-Scollard Hall are excited about the upcoming performances of Fame Jr., taking place December 7 and 8 at 7:30pm, in the Bishop Carter Auditorium.
The performance is described as a coming-of-age story featuring performing arts students at a New York City school. The production features a combination of dance, musical and dramatic performances, with high-energy scenes sure to entertain audiences of all ages.
Jeff Graham, a drama teacher at SJSH, says that they are really excited to perform this iconic piece. Graham adds that his talented cast has worked extremely hard to make the show a success.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and children and are available at the SJSH main office or at the door.
