Madahbee impressed with Durham police

The Grand Council Chief has nothing but praise for the Durham Regional Police force. The department was conducting a dig at a site north of Toronto where it’s believed three First Nation boys were murdered and buried in the 1950’s. Police didn’t find any remains. However the way they conducted themselves and carried out a very respectful dig impressed Pat Madahbee, the head of the Anishinabek Nation. He says despite that nothing was found, the incident shows how police and First Nations can work together.
