There’s a new chairman of the board at the North Bay and District Chamber of Commerce. Charles Elliott a financial advisor with Edward Jones will steer the chamber for the next year. He replaces John Strang who moves to the past chair position. Elliott has been a chamber director for 20 years and has served on the executive for six years mostly in treasury.
