One benefit of the cold night air we have been experiencing is it is perfect for making snow and as a result, Laurentian Ski Hill is closer to being a full go.
The full Slingshot run at Laurentian Ski Hill will open today and the beginner’s hill is already open. It is expected that all runs will be ready for ski and snowboard enthusiasts by early January.
Meteorologists are calling for a Siberian cold front to move into the area just after Christmas, setting up ideal snow-making conditions.
