A North Bay man has won $100,000 in OLG’s Instant High 5. Normally Dwayne Larue buys other OLG tickets where the most he’s won is one thousand dollars. But he decided to try the Instant High 5. One thing the 54-year-old plans to do with the money is take a trip to a warmer climate like Cuba, Mexico or Jamaica. Larue picked up his winning cheque at OLG headquarters in Toronto. The winning ticket was bought at Eastend Variety in North Bay.
