The late (Retired Fire Captain) Kerry Elliott will receive Fire Department honours today as a small procession will leave Station 3 on Marshall Avenue at 1:15pm and arrive at the Ramada Pinewood resort at 1:30pm, where a celebration of Elliott’s life will be held.
Elliott is survived by Sharon, his wife of 46 years.
Captain Elliott proudly served the citizens of North Bay for over 30 years, retiring in 2005 and served as president of the North Bay Firefighter’s Association for over 15 years.
He passed away December 27, 2017, with his family at his side, after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was 68.
