Part-time support staff at Ontario’s colleges, including those at Canadore, have voted to join the Ontario Public Service Employees Union. OPSEU says with 84 percent of the ballots counted, there’s overwhelming support among the workers to unionize. The union already represents the full-time workers at Canadore and province-side and is also now trying to organize the contract employees.
