Some employees at the North Bay Regional Health Centre could be receiving a pay increase. The hospital has signed a pay equity agreement with CUPE that will costs them 3-million in retroactive pay. The new agreement will also have the hospital paying an extra 1.8-million a year. It has not been revealed which employees will benefit.
