Looking for a cure for the winter blues?
Rotaract Club of North Bay – Nipissing president Val Edmunds says little cures the blues like gourmet poutine and craft beer.
Tonight, the club is hosting the fourth annual Poutine, Pints and Plaid event at the Grande Event Centre. The popular event is sponsored by Rebuilt Resources, with all proceeds going to the Alzheimer’s Society.
Attendees are invited to sport their favourite plaid, dine on gourmet poutine, and drink some of Cecil’s famous craft beer (or any other drink of choice) while dancing the night away.
Doors open at 8:00pm, with games running until 10:00pm and the DJ starting at 10:30pm. The poutine fun starts at 9:30pm and runs until 11:00pm, with a cash bar open all evening.
