Search for presumed drowning victim suspended

In Sturgeon Falls, police have suspended their search for the body of a 14-year-old boy who is presumed to have drowned in the Sturgeon River.  West Nipissing police chief Chuck Seguin says divers searched more than six kilometers of the river including a nearby bay over a three day period and also used sonar but to no avail.  Dylan McManaman, from the Dokis First Nation, accidentally ended up in the water last Thursday.  Police divers carried out an exhaustive search of the river including areas where there is no visibility and debris and logs intertwine.  There’s no indication if and when the search will resume at a future time.
