Shortly before 5:00pm on Monday, North Bay Police officers responded to a complaint of a male attempting to take money from a debit machine illegally.
The male was located and found to be in possession of drugs along with multiple forms of identification, credit cards, debit cards and gift cards.
A 30-year-old man of no fixed address has been held for bail and charged with: breach of recognizance, three charges of possession of controlled drug, obstruct police, fraud, unauthorized use of credit card, and possession of stolen property.
