A 39-year-old North Bay truck driver is a quarter of a million dollars richer. Jason Degagne won top prize in OLG’s Instant Giant Money Multiplier. After playing the Instant ticket, Degagne knew had won a big prize. It was only after downloading OLG’s lottery app that he began to realize how big a prize he’d won. Degagne plans to help his parents with his winnings.
