Fabrene Inc of North Bay has concerns about increased septic dumping fees taking effect next year. It doesn’t like that the full increase is being applied to the clean water it sends back to the treatment plant. Company spokesman Jerry St. Denis says Fabrene re-circulates about 95 percent of the water it uses internally before sending it back to the city. He says only about five percent is septic waste. St. Denis says next year’s increase should only apply to the five percent waste it sends back to the treatment plant and not the clean water portion.
