A 30-year constable with the OPP in North Bay is being recognized for his work to get drunk drivers off our highways. Dwayne Graves has been given a plaque from the Nipissing chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving for stopping the most impaired drivers. Last year Graves caught eight impaired drivers and six the year before. Over the last two years Graves has also suspended 11 drivers for being in the warn range during roadside testing.
