Details are few but a North Bay Police Forensic Identification Services van is stationed outside the CIBC located at the corner of Main Street West and Fraser Street as officers continue an investigation into a robbery that occurred at the bank this morning.
The entrance to the Main Street West branch is taped off and signs on both doors read that the bank is closed for business for the remainder of the day.
The bank staff and police officers remain inside the bank while a sign on the door directs customers to the CIBC on McKeown Avenue.
