A former Liberal candidate in Northern Ontario has been charged with sexual assault and criminal harassment. Thirty-five year old Sebastien Goyer of Noelville ran for the Liberals in the Timiskaming-Cochrane riding. He has now resigned as French River’s chief administrative officer. He has been released with a promise to appear in a Sudbury court on January 28th.
