Revamped cancer ward for kids opens in Sudbury

The cancer ward for children at the North Sciences Health hospital in Sudbury is more kid friendly nowadays.  The unit has been re-vamped to include new toys, play areas, video games, computers and a large screen TV.  Renovation money for the work came from the Smilezone Foundation which was created two years ago for this type of project.  The owners of the OHL’s Sudbury Wolves were big financial contributors for the cancer ward revamp with a $10,000 donation.
