The North Bay Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance regarding an investigation into a door-to-door scam.
Police are searching for a white male of medium height who has been attending residences within the city of North Bay and offering to do odd jobs in return for payment. These solicitations have been occurring over the past two weeks. The male has been advising that he is attempting to raise money to get his sick child to Ottawa for a treatment. He accepts payment but has yet to return to complete any of the work.
